In industry, Grant has over 10 years of industry experience in General Management, Plant Management and Sales Management of a well-recognized international manufacturer and distributor.

Grant has conducted many senior level search assignments for municipal governments, non-profits, crown corporations, high tech, manufacturing, distribution, private golf clubs and hotel/hospitality sector clients. Robert A. McMillin is a Senior Partner in the Vancouver practice of Waterhouse Executive Search™. Bob has over twenty-seven years of experience in conducting senior level executive searches for a variety of clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. In industry Bob held senior human resource management positions with Weldwood of Canada Limited and the Housing Corporation of British Columbia. Barb Schimnowsky- Abbotsford, BC

Barb Schimnowsky is a Certified Management Consultant with over 25 years' experience in the human resource field.

Barb’s consulting experience includes conducting numerous executive search and recruitment assignments across a broad cross-section of industries and functional areas. Some sample engagements include CEO, VP Finance, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Director of Human Resources, as well as many other middle, senior management and professional positions.

In addition to her executive search expertise, Barb has conducted many organizational reviews for both public and private sector organizations, including business process reviews and analysis of organizational structure, positions, compensation, and human resource programs and processes.

Barb has also developed Human Resource Strategies for a wide range of clients in some of the following industry sectors – franchise operations, provincial marketing board, financial services, manufacturing, software development, value-added wood products, not-for-profit, and construction. She has also assisted organizations in designing and/or enhancing their Human Resource programs and processes, including researching and developing comprehensive Employee Manuals and orientation programs.

Barb is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the B.C. Human Resources Management Association. In addition, she is a Board Member of Pacific Sport Fraser Valley and was a Director of the 2004 BC Summer Games, past President of Twisters Gymnastics Club, and former trustee of the Surrey Library Board.
