Senior executive roles with a recognized education leader

Take on a pivotal role as we transform one of BC’s most respected colleges into a globally recognized centre of exceptional academic achievement.

Exciting changes are taking place at Vancouver Community College (VCC)—we are building on a 40-year tradition of top-quality education and looking to the future with confidence. With a new President at the helm, we are in the final stages of developing and executing a strategic plan that will lay out our long-term future direction, as well as the key initiatives to embrace in the next three years to move our college to a performance-based culture of excellence. To do this, we know that achieving and exceeding strategic goals can only be done with an exceptional executive team.

Vice President, Community & Advancement

Reporting to the President in this newly created and high-profile position, you will have a crucial role in fostering an enhanced external focus to the college as you collaborate and build strategic partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders. Your efforts will result in new initiatives and programs for VCC—especially in International Studies, Continuing Education and Contract Training—as well as increased revenue and in-kind support from the private sector, government and other granting institutions. You will also lead a focused capital campaign, ensuring students have access to the latest technology and preparing them for the fast-changing business world. File #VCC-1
