Increased member demand for their product offering coupled with a clear corporate strategic plan has solidified the need to take their already successful winery to the next level of growth and profitability.  Recognizing that attracting and retaining key management talent is critical to the success of any progressive organization, California Cult Classics is looking to attract a high powered well connected Sales and Marketing executive to join their company as Director of Business Development.

As a key member of the senior management team working closely with the President, you will assume overall responsibility for expanding their existing customer base through the promotion of a very unique sales strategy focussing on new businesses and their key executives across British Columbia. You will develop and lead a responsible sale growth strategy aligned to the overall corporate strategic plan of doubling sales revenues over the next 2 to 3 years.  Additionally, you will work closely with existing customer base ensuring their expectations have been fully satisfied creating additional networking opportunities.

To qualify you will have appropriate post secondary academic credentials coupled with at least 5 to10 years as a key account executive, where your sales and marketing creativity was pivotal to your success in building long term customer relationships and award winning sales results. You have an amazing contacts list, well honed business skills and respected for your ability to establish and deliver measurable results.  Customer service management is your forte and your “can do” attitude has allowed you to create sales and marketing solutions that were often outside your standard offering.  Strong written and oral presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate concepts in a clear, concise and enthusiastic manner round out your offering.  You have an appreciation of the fine food and wines and never daunted by business challenges that seemed impossible to conquer by the average person. You are motivated by the opportunity to acquire corporate equity based on quantitative performance measures and see yourself one day likely running your own business.
