To achieve their mandate of responsible corporate growth and first class customer relations, the company is looking to attract a highly accomplished executive as Vice President.
As a key member of the senior management team working closely with the President and other members of the executive, you will assume overall responsibility for overseeing the growth of the group health and benefits business in British Columbia. You will develop and lead a responsible growth strategy aligned to the overall corporate strategic plan of doubling the business over the next 5 years. In addition you will play a key support role with existing group and healths benefits business clients, and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that provide support for overall corporate client development initiatives with existing and prospective clients.
To qualify you will have appropriate post secondary academic credentials coupled with at least 10 years as a key account management executive, ideally within the group health and benefits business sector where delivery of a complex service offering was in the forefront. You have well honed business skills and respected for your ability to establish clear and understandable goals and deliver measurable results. Customer service management is your forte and your “can do” attitude has allowed you to create solutions for your customers that were often outside your standard offering. Strong written and oral presentation skills coupled with an ability to present and communicate concepts in a clear, concise and enthusiastic manner round out your offering.
